Our parish will be host for the popular week-long catechism camp, Totus Tuus, All for You, from Sunday, July 30 through Friday, August 4 at the Father Lively Center. Every day's session runs from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, taught by faithful and enthusiastic young clergy and lay people. High school students meet in the evenings. Our Pastor and the Parish Finance Council will speak about the drop in parish income over the past few years, some of the decrease caused by the Covid pandemic restrictions. Please expect to receive information from Father Harlow and to hear from Finance Council members at Mass during the next couple of months.

Father Harlow and Deacon Tom Lovett will speak about spiritual discernment four Sunday afternoons in July in the parish hall at St. John. The sessions last from 1:00 to 2:00 PM. Father and Deacon Tom will help you use the gift of Counsel and learn how to figure out the right action in our everyday problems.

Cale is returning to Mount St. Mary's Seminary in Emmitsburg, MD after his summer at Corpus Christi under Father's Harlow's direction. Please pray for Cale and all of our seminarians.

Our parish will take up a special collection this weekend for flood victims' emergency help. Checks may be made out to the parish, with "Disaster Relief" written in the Memo space. .

The Vermont Catholic Community Foundation is offering a $10,000 matching grant for Appeal donations made on Founder's Day, the date the Diocese of Burlington was established in 1853. Please consider a gift to thank the clergy and lay workers of our "Inland See" for their work for the Catholic faith during the last 170 years.
