Mother Paradis will be raised to the altar, a canonized saint, with the approval of Pope Francis. Corpus Christi parishioner Kate King is her cousin, and has lent a statue of Blessed Mother Marie-Léonie to St. Elizabeth Church. You will find it in the niche in the staircase between the choir loft and the hall. Blessed Marie-Léonie is honored for her founding the Little Sisters of the Holy Family to pray for and aid priests. Mother's feast day is May 4.
